What we collect
What you type into our forms: email, name, role, corridor, how you're paid today, invoice size and count, field, and how you found us. If you send an invoice, its amount, currency, corridor and description. We also record the campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the referring page, so we know which outreach works. To prevent abuse, we keep a hashed form of your IP address alongside form submissions.
Why
To run the beta: send you a provider comparison and follow-ups, reply to you, and count sign-ups by channel. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts this site. AgentMail delivers form submissions to our team inbox and sends our emails to you. Invoice records, the emails you give us and payout addresses are stored in Vercel Blob, a private storage service run by Vercel, our host.
What we never ask for
Wallet private keys, seed phrases, or bank or provider passwords. If anyone claiming to be RailFi asks, don't share them and tell us.
How long and deletion
We keep beta records while the beta runs and for follow-up after it. Email us and we will delete your data.
